If you recall we recently had you guys do a job for us where your guys designed, packed and crated one of our robo count systems.
During the shipment last week the trucker failed to secure the load and the system tipped in the container.
Being over 2500lbs we thought for sure that the system would have sustained damage.
We had an FSE on site to inspect for damaged and were surprised and happy to see that the system sustained virtually no damage.
and was able to be setup on the customer site without issue.
I think this speaks volumes for the services and professionalism you and your team provide.
