We offer a variety of crate styles to best fit your needs Our crates are typically made with 1/2" cleated plywood panels, and 4x4 runners All of Our Crates Are Stamped HT All of Our Crates are Custom Built to Meet Our Customer's Specifications Crate Designs

Plywood Deck Good for most items 3/4" plywood Bottom No larger than 4' x 4'; shorter is better Load capacity < 2,000 lbs. The top is removable for easy loading

Nail Strips A Strong crate The nail strips take up 3" of the bottom inside width 3/4" Plywood Bottom load capacity of approx. 2,000 - 2,500 lbs The top and front are removable for easy loading and unloading

2x8 Deck Our strongest Standard crate 2x8 bottom boards Load capacity < 5,000 lbs. The top and front are removable for easy loading and unloading

Lumber Crates Lumber crates are made with 1x or 2x material sides and/or tops (if short enough). Our most cost efficient crate Inside dims can not exceed the height of a 2x12 (11-1/4") or a 1x10 (9-1/4")

Utility Stock If you are not looking for customization, we stock utility crates in 3 sizes (Inside dims shown): 45 1/4" L x 45 1/4" W x 44" H 45 1/4" L x 45 1/4" W x 36" H 45 1/4" L x 45 1/4" W x 24" H

Stick Frame Stick Frame crates are used typically for large equipment that require little protection. Optionally, we can then wrap the crate with shrink wrap to keep it dust free (as shown above).

Heavy Duty Crates For the Heaviest of Equipment Hardwood Oak Deck Load capacity > 5,000 lbs.

Foam-Lined Crates Our crates can be lined with foam ranging in size: 1/2" - 4" (White & Charcoal foam available)

A-Frame Crates Used when there is a narrow yet tall crate to add stability. Great for transporting glass (windows, mirrors).
